For employers

Support your people through the menopause years, and every hard day

A private daily companion for self-care and wellbeing that colleagues use on their own terms, with nothing shared with you but anonymous, combined figures.

A policy says you care. A daily companion helps people feel it.

Many workplaces now have a menopause policy, a wellbeing day and a list of helplines. What colleagues often lack is something small and private for the ordinary days: the broken night before a big meeting, the hot flush on a call, the week when energy will not come. Noura is built for those days.

Why now

The Employment Rights Act 2025 introduces equality action plans for employers with 250 or more staff, covering the gender pay gap and support for employees going through the menopause. Practical, everyday support can be one part of yours, whatever the size of your organisation.

What colleagues get

Shaped to her focus

She chooses what matters most right now, such as sleep, hot flushes, energy, mood or brain fog, and her day follows it.

Her own record

Symptoms, feelings and her cycle or its changing, gathered into a summary she can take to her GP.

Calm, in minutes

A two-minute wind-down with slow breathing, short practices for stress, and hard day mode when a day is simply too much.

Plain, trusted knowledge

Short notes and audio on perimenopause, menopause, sleep and mental wellbeing, from sources such as the NHS.

Rooted in her culture

Everyday nourishment from the food she grew up with, for steady energy, never a calorie counted.

Ask Noura

A kind companion for everyday questions, with the right help signposted when it matters.

Noura is for everyone, not only those in the menopause years. Colleagues living with PMOS, a long-term condition, or simply a demanding season of life use the same calm app.

A three-month pilot

  1. A conversation. We talk about your people, your current support and what you would like to change.
  2. A group of 25 to 50 colleagues. They join with one workplace code that unlocks Noura Premium.
  3. A gentle launch. A short introduction you can share, and an optional session to show how it works.
  4. Review together. A short wellbeing questionnaire at the start and the end, anonymous usage figures, and an honest look at what helped.

Pricing is agreed with each organisation, based on the number of colleagues. Ask us for a proposal.
