For communities and charities

Bring Noura to your community

A gentle daily companion for self-care and mental wellbeing, for the women you support, between the meetings, the calls and the appointments.

Your members already have each other. Noura is there for the quiet hours in between.

Support groups, charities, faith and cultural networks and women's circles do something no app can: they bring people together. Noura works alongside that. It gives each member a calm place to look after herself every day, to notice how she is feeling, and to arrive at her next appointment with her own record in her hand.

What your members get

A gentler day

Small daily habits shaped by what matters most to her right now, such as sleep, energy, mood or pain and fatigue.

Hard day mode

One tap on a difficult day, and Noura softens: fewer prompts, permission to rest, and her streak kept safe.

Mind and wellbeing

Short practices and plain notes built on the NHS five steps to mental wellbeing, plus a calming wind-down with slow breathing.

Pacing her energy

A simple way to plan the day around the energy she has, with rest built in, as the NHS advises for fatigue.

Her own record

Symptoms, feelings and reflections, gathered into a summary she can take to her GP or specialist team.

Where the line sits

Noura helps with

  • Daily habits, rest and pacing
  • Mental wellbeing and emotional support
  • Gentle movement and good sleep
  • Noting symptoms and preparing for appointments

  • Medicines, doses and side effects

  • Pregnancy and planning a family
  • Any change to treatment

Condition content is reviewed by clinicians before release, and we ask partner communities to read it too, so it sounds right to the people living with it.

How it works

  1. A conversation. We talk about your members, what they need and what would help most.
  2. Shaped for you. We agree your code, add your resources, and you read any content written for your community.
  3. Invite your members. A short welcome you can share, and a simple guide to getting started.
  4. Review together. After three months we look at what helped, what did not, and what comes next.
